Cut a track

There's so much growth from the significant rain before Christmas, I've been at risk of losing my paths. I've literally cut a track so I can move freely. I've also cleared a space where the replacement lemon will go. The hole is partly dug.

The green pot in the left foreground is new and rather special. I'll blip and explain another time.

I biked home from my friends in Lincoln this morning. Keith slummed it in the garage with the Fiat collection. I slept soundly in the guest room.

Last night I sampled gins I didn't know existed. One made from rhubarb on the Orkney Islands, another from Whitby, and a New Zealand gin from Golden Bay.

Today's gratitude: For good friends.
