2576. Crashing waves…

It’s been very windy today and now it’s blowing in sand which apparently engulfed Fuerteventura yesterday….but it’s still warm and there has been lots of sunshine today.

Had a walk down to the new harbour area which was being built two years ago and it’s not quite finished yet….

I made lunch at the villa again today and I’m thoroughly enjoying cooking and being able to eat outside…quite a novelty…

Not sure what we will do tomorrow…if it’s less windy we will probably go to Arrecife for the day but if the weather is like today I think we will potter around here…

We are avoiding tourist trips this holiday as it means we’re less likely to get too close to people so it’s going to be a lot less active than previous years but that’s ok as being in the sunshine in January is just priceless!
