Life at 88mph

By neet

The club I run with on Sundays along with many others up and down the country ran today in memory of Ashling Murphy. Yet another woman falling prey to a man.

My club, rather than focusing on how woman can stay safe (as many of us have been conditioned to think and behave) work hard to change the discourse around the harassment and attacks of and on women. Women shouldn’t have to be told how to be safe; men and boys should be educated so they know any type of harassment of women is not acceptable.
