Flyin'

Took the CEO out on his new bike today.... I know, I know, it's another week 'till his birthday, but it was sunny, we were up and he was keen.

The stablisers were off. We pushed to the top of the hill (rather, I pushed him to the top) and we were off... After a couple of goes he really had it. I persuaded him to keep his feet on the peddles as he flew down the gentle slope (me running after/with him). And steer. And look at where he was going. And he got it. He was actually cycling. I was sweating buckets...

Flat, uphill and all the rest will come another day. But today, I was proud. The balance bike certainly taught him a thing or two about staying upright!
