Gotham City - 4

Having a stroll around the Batgirl film set I was intrigued by this particular bit of detail.  

The snow is fake and I saw a lot of that last week, but I'm pretty sure the ice is fake too.   Certainly it was a cold day but not quite that cold and no sign of ice or freezing elsewhere.
