Steak

Sous vide strip steak, creamed spinach, roasted baby beets, Ossau-Iraty cheese, and grain salad. Wine: Château Moulin Pey-Labrie Cuvée Benedicte Canon-Fronsac 1989.

This was a fantastic dinner. The wine is excellent, and I'm glad we have another bottle (a great auction find).
