Frosty start to a lovely sunny day. No riding as back sore from a lot of road trotting yest. Daisy warm and snug in her winter coat after chopping her hair off .
No choc and nuts wanted or eaten . Feeling very positive and listening to the Hypno track that accompanied the session .
Apparently it’s my 2920 blip birthday today. What a gift it is and thank you to all the many blippers who have looked in on my Blip window of life over the last 8 years.
