Reeling from yet more bad news today. My sister-in-law, whose mum passed away just over a week ago, has now lost her father too. I'm utterly speechless. Can't imagine what she, and all her family, are going through. It's so incredibly sad :'(

Went for a run this evening to clear my head. I was just short of 5k and felt strong. My stamina is so much better than it was a few months ago.
