Red barn in the snow

The snow softened up some today, though in the shivering, north-facing shadows my boots barely left an imprint. 

The birds are well fed and active. W. made it the office and back fine. D. got his snow day. Janessa had a good piano lesson, though I'm having trouble convincing her not to just skip the hard parts. Felix had a good game of chase with Linnet the Immortal Rabbit. Laundry and a speck of cleaning got done (there are more specks). Now off to bed...heading to C'ville again in the morning.
