Hedgerow capture!

I did some shopping at the Co Op and posted a few parcels , then just as I got back to the Car Park I noticed where I'd parked that on the hedgerow was these rather beautiful yellow flowers ( not sure what they are) & these fluffy structures ( not sure what they are either) but they look like dandelion seeds?? However these are my blips for the day, just a bit of interest.

# Put new flowers in water
# vacuuming
# Move the dust ( sun has shown how much there is??)
# Tonight there is a couple of bits of mending to do
