“Drop In The Ocean”

Literally, HMS Spey in Falmouth Bay, what you cannot make out is the new ‘Atlantic Dazzle’ paint scheme. This paint scheme, painted on the WWII Atlantic Fleet, has been been applied to honour those who fought in WWII’s longest campaign, the Battle of the Atlantic. She seems mighty small in the bay never mind the North Atlantic where she will operate.
The usual serene Sunday was interrupted by an online meeting, starting time announced as 1:30 we were still faffing around at gone 2:00 waiting to start. This was followed by forty minutes of bottom & mind numbing boredom, I never even unmuted my microphone.
Enjoyed our Sunday roast though.
