Morning twilight

I took today's blip just before 8am on my way to the Leisure centre.

Again the sunrise looked crimson through the tinted windows of the swimming pool but I don't think it was really too spectacular. My 35 min swim session included 8/10 lengths of strong breaststroke in the medium lane. I felt very pleased with that. 

I needed a hearty breakfast after.  My afternoon was spent watching Horse racing TV, and for once I made a profit as I had two winners with Charlie Deutsch.

I walked out before sunset and took some photos but have decided on this mornings twilight with the shadowy figure.
