Striding out

I had been planning to do an interval session today but as the weather was too good and the call of the hills too strong I headed to the Lomonds with Toby instead.

Really glad I did, while the phone shot can't do it justice, the air was clear and the mountains to the north looked fantastic as did the sun reflecting off the large Bank of cloud to the south (extra).Toby was in flying form too, unusually for him he kept pace throughout, even when I decided stretch the legs on the run out. Striding out with my dog beside me, spurring each other on, feeling like a team, both absolutely loving it. Perfect.
