Yes we do actually have to see this as a winter virus like anyother flu.. etc and stats are falling.. However JO Public are not intelligent enough to say lets keep our masks on in confined places, shops, trains etc.. Not unless they have to be Told!! that very reason not a.wise.move.right now..
