I went out!

It's been so long since I had a day like this 
Late morning - hairdresser's
Late lunch - South Queensferry with colleague I'd never met other than virtually ( stunning day and place, see Blip and extra) 
Teatime - visit to hospital. Youngest on great form
Evening - Catch up with two great friends at one of their houses. ( back after midnight! How exciting this seems)
All done safely and it felt good. Packed days like this were such a distant memory!
