Their last hurrah

it has been a lovely day - ie no rain - so after coffee this morning I had a short wander before coming home.  I really need to go shopping but can't be bothered to go out again! Have been continuing culling Pelican pics....
The tulips will now go into the compost, but as I took some photos of my gorgeous granddaughter earlier, only to find there was no card in the camera, they stepped in for blip!  
Aaargh. Many years since I have done that. 
Very disappointed, as she had come to try on a couple of outfits I have kept since I was young and slim, for her End of Year Ball.  She looked a picture!
