Another swim!

My neighbour Gillian took this photo after our swim this afternoon  - I'm feeling quite pleased with myself, recently it's been more of a dunk but today I was in the water for around 30 minutes and was properly swimming.  There were 5 of us today, and one of our number was celebrating her birthday,  we had cake and chocolate with our coffee after the swim.
