Chicken

Mediterranean chicken breast on couscous, and sautéed kale. A genever martini followed.

The chicken was baked en papillote with olives, sun dried tomato, Guindilla pepper, garlic, oregano, red chili flakes, and olive oil. It is a riff off of a recipe from Joy of Cooking that I've been using for a long time (I think it may be the first thing I ever cooked from that book).
