Pizza

Its been a rather emotional day...its been a traumatic week all in all. However today my colleague from Malawi who has been having chemotherapy got news that the cancer is spreading! I am devastated as he has a young wife and child. As is typical here, he was just told to go home with no indication of what it means or further treatment. Its heartbreaking!
I usually zoom with 2 friends from USA on Friday night. Tonight I just meditated...am emotionally drained!
