Light at the end of the tunnel

Another very grey, uninspiring day. We took a slow wander round and about this afternoon, through parks, and along walkways and cycle paths. This is the Rodney Street Tunnel , built in 1846, otherwise known as Heriothill Tunnel, which carried the old railway line, with Scotland Street station at one end and Heriothill goods yard to the north. All long gone now, of course.
