Winners

Early start to get to Muravonside for the first Cani Sport Scotland race of the year. A few club members there but CM couldn’t make it, which was a shame but also good news as he runs two dogs as well. It was my first race in 2 years and my first race with 2 dogs so Darwin’s first race. They were both very excited and run mostly OK. We did get tangled up on the run in to the finish line cause a friend and J were shouting on them so they got distracted and wanted to find them. We also ended up with a dog either side of a tree just after we overtook someone but all things considered it was the fitness and weight of the human that slowed the run down. CB came over with the kids and Rjukan to see us and it was nice to catch up and finally meet GB. Hung around for the prize giving and a good job, as we were the 2nd fasted 2 dog male team today, not sure how many more there were though. Came back and went out to catch up with a close friend who has found out his mother in law is not well at all. Quiet night in after that. I was meant to be seeing IB for a few beers but time got away from us.
