Third day in a row taking Joey into the woods for a walk. I shot this at the edge of the forest, overlooking the fields towards the city of Groningen.

Reasons to celebrate today! We celebrated my mother’s birthday. Her actual birthday was last week, but because I was on Ameland then, we celebrated today.

Today is also the day that Joey has been with us for exactly one year. Looking at my blip from one year ago, you can definitely say he has grown quite a bit since then! It’s been so much fun having him around. I hope he’ll be with us for many years to come.
