Brussels sprouts au gratin

We found recipe coasters in our Christmas cheese selection box that we didn’t eat over Christmas. I made the Brussels sprouts au gratin today. I didn’t quite follow the recipe, and it didn’t come out quite as shown in the picture, but it was nevertheless very tasty – seconds-worthy. Success!

Lots of people have opinions on vegan cheese. I’m not interested :p
