Black and Blue

I wasn't going to go to the shore because the sun wouldn't come out, but there was 90 minutes until the football games came on...so off I went.

I tried to keep the gray skies out of my shots, so instead went with the black insides of the fish company.

Nice to be back among the shorebirds. I did have one crazy pelican that landed 2 feet away from me on a piece of machinery, and thought my camera was something to eat. Stab after stab. Unnerving enough for me to give up the shooting spot that I had staked out.
