Don’t put cigarette butts in bins

Found this on campus. Since the campus is located at higher altitudes, still a lot of snow remained compared to the city centre.

It’s been some years since smoking in the building was completely prohibited, so the sign might be a relatively old one; or it’s aimed at some rude person.
