Utility Quilting Workshop

We had a workshop with Carolyn Forster writer of several quilt books (with her back to us). We brought in items ready to be quilted with the various stitches she showed us. We started the day with lots of examples in her own work and vintage quilts then practised the various stitches nd finally gathered to look at what we had done on the dy - my piece is at the near left of the table. No need to take machines so a lovely calm restorative day.
