Bullfinch

A male bullfinch in the garden this afternoon. The extra shows the female.

I arrived home to see a Green Woodpecker in the garden and a Hawfinch on the bird table. Both had disappeared by the t8me I’d got in and switched on my camera. I sat for awhile but they didn’t come back. The bullfinches were fun to watch though.

Another sunny day…how lucky we are. Had a walk with a friend then walked most of the way home, taking the local train for part of it.
