Ripe enough?

Wondering if these Clivia seed pods are ripe enough to harvest yet. They take about a year to develop and you can see the progress of this year's flower in the background.

The seed potatoes have made it onto the window sill to start chitting. This year I have got Pink fir apple and Charlotte.
