And a leash to match. Feeling spring like even though today’s temps are back to winter.
Yesterday we discovered a wet spot on the laundry room ceiling. My husband cut it open and found the leak. The builders installed a pipe at the base of the toilet that wasn’t cut straight. They filled the lower side with a cement that has worn away/cracked over time allowing water to drip. He has refilled it with silicone and order a flange that will go deeper down the pipe. Won’t repair the ceiling until we are sure the leak is fixed.
Bad move of the day was using the shop vac without an air filter to clean up drywall dust. I’m not pointing fingers, but it wasn’t me. I did clean the entire room for over 2 hours today though.
