A dirty Job

Cleaning out the gully is possibly the most disgusting job around the house. All manner of stuff gets down the grid to block up the drain. Once there it ferments to make a black/green sludge of devilish smelliness.

And my rubber gloved hand is too big! It's like the monkey-trap. I get hold of the crud but can't withdraw my hand whilst retaining hold of it!

Oh well, done now, and the minced tree all distributed all around the garden for mulching.
