.....or University Of The Third Age to give it its full title.
This chap fascinated me sitting on the cobbles sketching down by Wigan Pier, and so I stopped to ask him if he'd mind me taking his photo, (from the side so no face).
We got chatting and it turned out this was his first Urban Sketching class as a new member, and that he was also joining the Rambling group and probably the Photography group too!
