I went into the Civic Centre in Southampton today with Pauline to do a bit of research searching in the archives there for material for the Southampton and Slavery Exhibition. It’s not as easy as I thought it would be, we’re going to have to do a lot of digging! But some progress was made. This was the view inside the civic centre building on our quick rush through to our appointment.
