So there I was after stopping the bike and getting the camera ready for the shot and standing in the middle of the road thinking why is it not taking the picture?

It'll only work with the memory card in so having done this a few time a spare will now be carried.
The Blip is at the start of the road to French Pass going through Okiwi Bay, where lunch was, and passing by Elaine Bay fortunately its off the main road so able to stop to read the multitude of signs.
A stop at a bar/restaurant on the way back, as usual, for a quick beer where a non vaccinated elderly fellow decided to abuse the staff because they refused to serve him which is their right even without Covid. They walk amongst us!
