Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin, cheesy cauliflower, and salad. Wine: Peter Paul Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2019.

The mornay on the cauliflower has a blend of Gruyère and Manchego. I suspect these cheeses don't get put together often, but it was a nice result. The only ho-hum element tonight was the underwhelming, if drinkable, Chardonnay.
