Top of the world

Long Point Lookout in the Morton National Park, which we discovered today. There was almost no-one around and the weather was perfect for a picnic lunch.

Morton National Park, established in 1938, is named after Mark Morton, a local member of Parliament, who campaigned assiduously for its establishment. He died aged 74, on his birthday, two weeks after the Park was gazetted.
