On Parade

I am very ashamed to say that I've been thoroughly lazy today.  I should have gone out to help JJ over the back, because the sun was shining, but there was a sneaky wind and the jigsaw kept calling to me.

Anyway we're going out for an early dinner with our friends and I need to be wide awake.  I won't be having a drink as I'm virtuously sticking to dry January (I'm amazed I've lasted this long) but wonder if JJ will give in to temptation.

Is anyone watching The Responder with Martin Freeman?  We didn't like it, and gave up after the first episode.

The jackdaws were on patrol this morning and this young squirrel in my extra, was daydreaming on the birdbath this afternoon.
