Sorry, really busy day today so no chance of getting you anything exciting. You'll have to make do with this shot of a three-cheese loaf that I made between meetings - it had to go in the fridge after I'd knocked it down because the next meeting was too long for me to let it have a proper second prove. I'm going to do a bit more now before declaring the day done.
