In today's news, Bessie is home after passing her MOT; himself got his follow-up appointment through from Birmingham hospital for the end of the month, and put his own socks on (he's also wearing jeans instead of jogging bottoms for the first time since his op!); the boiler got her annual service, and stepdaughter is telling everyone that she's grown an inch since her 15th birthday last September and is now 5 feet 4 AND A HALF!
