Little Daredevils.

Poured with rain during the night.  And this morning didn't get off to a very nice start.

But by the time we had breakfast, did a bit of school work, the weather had cleared enough for us to go to a park.

We decided to go to Tallowwood Park.  It's not far away and a lovely drive, as we are going towards Mount Tamborine.  There's a play park, a nice walk around a lake.  But most importantly, a shop to buy ice-cream!!

Ice-cream and walk first, by the time we got to the play park, it was quite warm.

We stayed until lunch time, and then made our way home.  Cheese and biscuits, with strawberries and grapes.  Followed by home made banana bread for lunch.

Update on Black Adder:  Alexandra arrived this morning, with a box set she'd bought from a lady for $5!  It's in absolute mint condition too.

I'm absolutely thrilled, and so glad I didn't buy the one I saw yesterday.
