It's been a few days now since I last blipped. Normally I would have images I could fill the gap with but although I have a few I not this time.

My Fibro is being a bit of a pain just now with Fog, anxiety and depression coming to the fore and not leaving me with much energy for anything else.

You could say today has been a good day. I've stayed awake so far and have managed to distract myself pottering around. Sill not easy.

I'm struggling with the expectations I place on myself. Even if its just deciding to walk into town and think I need to put a pause on my return to Blip for awhile. Fingers crossed it won't be too long.
