So House went on the market today offers on
Thursday!! before Open day...6 viewings today. We left at 10 now on way home at 3.. No parkrun turnaround to tight for showering.
The reason we cannot look at anything until sold.. Made Quite clear to agent If we cannot find where we feel is.right we cannot sell.

We have so much going on that we decided a move not far near our running group.. and countryside best.. however means sell and downsize no money in pocket but in right area with 2 adult children still on horizon..

Its v stressful because not our next chapter.. and work balance still needed..
Had great day walking High Elms Country Park with a friend.. Now home all viewings done watch this space..
