Walking the Dog and Baby

Nipped up to the allotment this afternoon to dump the compost but stayed a little longer than planned. The storm had blown a compost bin into my bramble patch and some remedial re-trellising work was needed. Managed it without getting too many thorns in my hands!
Otherwise today’s been spent packing and making sure we’ve got everything sorted out before flying to Bergen tomorrow. There haven’t been any last minute changes to travel or covid-testing rules thank goodness, so as long as we have positive tests on landing in Oslo we’ll be all set for a holiday. The alternative is a holiday in an Oslo quarantine hotel, don’t fancy that so much.
The Jambos had a good win today, watched some of it in Gaelic on Alba, though the football looked dire. We’ll blame the weather and just be happy for a few more points in the bag.
