Plum Cobbler

This is one of L’s favourite puddings.  I first cooked it on a family holiday in Cornwall, taken from a Good Housekeeping magazine. I was going to do the big garden watch today, but the strong winds had the birds scurrying for cover today, so perhaps tomorrow.
