Water restrictions

We have water restrictions at the moment, because of some treatmet issues after the last rain event. People are obsessed with ringing in every little bit of waterthey see. This puddle is in a slump in the footpath, filled sfter a little rain and is under the shade ot a large tree, this means it takes longer for the water to evaporate. This was reported as flowing along the edge of the fence on the footpath.
