In the Dog & Bell

A New Year's Eve walk took us through Greenwich and along the river to Deptford. We had originally planned to come back via the Richard I on Royal Hill, but we got diverted by the Christmas lights of the Dog & Bell (well done, Seamus!) and spent the afternoon there.

On our way past the Old Royal Naval College, there appeared to be preparations for a light show (presumably for New Year's Eve), but the security guard we spoke to said it was for something the next day. Of course, at midnight, Greenwich was one of the London locations used for fireworks displays, etc.
