Wheelbarrow

Someone left this toy wheelbarrow behind. In the middle of nowhere, or, if you wish, right in the middle between our village and a next.
The wheelbarrow has no wheel anymore, it lies there since December last year. Not a time for kids to play in the woods. And kids are not often seen with their toy wheelbarrow so far away from their house.
But, no matter how it came there, I am wondering whether the parents of the kid(s) should be so responsible to pick it up again? With this colour it isn't hard to find.
