Dad was in getting his eyes checked so I snapped this beady eye whilst we waiting about.

Ian has decided to take on a half marathon later in the year so is getting much more serious about getting in fitness sessions. I almost fell off my chair when he asked me if I fancied a walk in the evening. For years I have been asking that very question and I usually get met with a no!

If he is running, he’ll have to go on his own, though. Walking is my top speed
