Disheveled

I've seen this spot several times as I swing off a roundabout, and thought it looked a bit untidy, rumpled, disorderly. Disheveled even. Everything is untidy, even the trees and bushes. :-)
Unfair perhaps, as my own back garden would not stand up well to such scrutiny at the moment.
