Creation

This week's water image, taking a floral theme. After yesterday's enjoyable day out, I'm back to work on the novel, which has recently gained some new adjectives when I talk about it ("the damn novel", "the bastard novel", "the fucking pain in my colon novel"). It's literally quicker and easier for human beings to produce offspring than to create coherent, well-structured, enjoyable stories for an audience. If only I could stick my ideas away to gestate for nine months and turn into a finished book by themselves...
