Craft On Monday

A day late with my craft blip this week.  For the past few days I have been re-visiting some of the old card making techniques I haven't  used for a long time.  This example is called Iris Folding, where narrow strips of paper are folded and used to fill a shape cut out of the middle of a piece of card, in a spiral arrangement.  The centre is always a piece of silver or gold to represent the 'eye' of the design.
